Second-hand books and uniforms: where twin-city parents actually find them

Used books and uniforms are a quiet, large market in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, mostly happening in parent WhatsApp groups and a handful of shops that take trade-ins.
Sara Uniform House in G-10 and Saeed Book Bank both run used counters. Jinnah Book Depot in DHA lists used sets when it has them. On SchoolNama, used items are marked separately from new stock so you can filter for them.
Check edition years on textbooks — networks change editions every two to three years — and check blazer linings, which wear before the outer fabric does.
