O Level in Multan (2026): Which Campuses Are Cambridge-Registered, and Which Actually Teach It

Parents searching for the best O Level schools in Multan want a list of campuses that actually run the Cambridge O Level programme, not a list of familiar school names. Those are different things, and the gap between them is where most published shortlists quietly fail. This guide starts from Cambridge International's own register of schools — the only authoritative list of who is registered — and then checks each name against what that school publishes about itself.

Queried for Multan, Cambridge's directory returns nine registered centres: Beaconhouse Cantt Campus, Multan; Beaconhouse Newlands Multan; Beaconhouse Officers Colony Campus, Multan; KAIMS International School System; Konya School System; Learners Castle School; Pak-Turk Maarif Intl Multan Campus; Royal International School System; and The City School. That is what a city-level query returns, and it is a better starting point than any ranking because it comes from the body that awards the qualification.

What the register does not do is tell you what a campus teaches. By its own description, the search tool lists a school's address, location and web address, and whether it accepts private candidates — nothing about stages or subjects. For eight of the nine results it also publishes a link to the school's own website, and following those links is where the Multan picture gets more complicated than the list suggests.

A Secondary School Programme means senior classes exist; it does not say which board those classes sit, and the page does not name O Level. That is a reasonable first question for an admissions office rather than something to assume.

One Multan campus does come close to confirmation on its own site. The City School's campus directory, filtered to Multan and to the O Level class level, returns a single result: its Multan Campus on Northern bypass near Wapda Town Phase 2. The campus card itself describes the coverage as PG - A Level & Matric rather than writing the words O Level, so the confirmation comes from the school's own filter rather than its prose — which is still a good deal stronger than an aggregator's assertion. Note also that the register lists this centre simply as The City School, with no campus named and a link to the network homepage, while SchoolNama separately holds a City School record in Multan at 1 Pir Khursheed Road in New Multan. Those are different addresses, so confirm which campus you are dealing with rather than assuming they are the same place.

Three of the nine centres accept private candidates according to the register: KAIMS International School System, Pak-Turk Maarif Intl Multan Campus, and Royal International School System.
