The Intermediate (HSSC) Second Annual Examination 2026 for Punjab boards begins on Tuesday 3 November 2026. BISE Multan notification No. DSF/400, dated 24 September 2026, states that under Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen notification No. SO(Boards)Meetings/PBCC/2026/1/5 dated 16 January 2026 the HSSC Part-I, Part-II and composite second annual examination 2026 will be held from 3 November 2026 (Tuesday). The same notification sets the admission-form and fee schedule for candidates at that board: single fee 24 September to 6 October 2026; double fee 7 to 13 October; triple fee 14 to 17 October; and triple fee plus Rs 500 per day from 18 to 23 October, which the board describes as running until ten days before the examination starts. Forms are filled online through bisemultan.edu.pk and the fee is deposited at any HBL branch on the system-generated challan; the board says no admission form will be received after the published schedule. The 3 November start date comes from the PBCC and therefore applies across Punjab's boards, but the fee slabs and portal above are BISE Multan's — candidates registered with Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Bahawalpur, DG Khan or Sahiwal should take their dates from their own board's notification, which each board publishes separately.
